Better App Organization

I love my Nook Tablet and havew 125 apps.  The problem is that there is no good way to organize them.  If you organize by category then it sorts by the categories the publisher chose - and often there are multiple categories.

Is there any way - or future way - to organize apps by user category?

Re: Better App Organization

You can create shelves and put your apps on the shelves.
That's just my opinion, you can take it for what it's worth, or just leave it alone.

Re: Better App Organization

I'm feeling quite dumb here, but how do I create a shelf for Apps?  This sounds like exactly what I want, but I cannot find how to do it...  I can see how to do it for my Library, but not for my Apps.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  (Nook HD+ is what I have)

Re: Better App Organization

Its the same thing. On HD, go to the apps icon, find the app you want to add to a shelf. Do the long hold on the icon so the popup box appears, one of the options is Add to Shelves. Either select existing shelf or create a new one. Does that help?
