When I try to open e-mail, a pop up says: Sorry the application e-mail (processd com.bn.nook.e-mail) has stopped unexpectedly. Try again. But it just continues every time I try to open it. What can I do? It has worked fine for two years.

I feel you! Mine did that a couple of months ago(and in reading the boards others had the same problem). I tried everything reboot, settings, etc. finally I downloaded k9 for nook(free) used it and then a week or two later my regular email worked....I keep k9 in my apps shelf now in case this happens again.

Go into your store(or shop) and just search with k9. Actual name of app is k9 for nook. I kept in on even after my email started working again...
