Recently I am getting this error:
DHCP Issue
There seems to be DHCP Issue with your wi-fi connection.
Please turn on and off both your internet modem and wireless access point or router.
(Wi-Fi Error 103)
I did as requested turn off then on both my internet modem and wireless access point or router several times. I also checked the MAC address in the router for my nook tablet. I have reentered the pass code. All other devices on my home network work, including a regular nook ereader. There is an insecure router close enough to my home that my nook tablet connects to that network. I have had my nook for many months and this is the first time that it did not connect to my home network.
Any ideas or suggestions.

Can you definitively determine which network (your own or the insecure router close enough to your home) is giving you the DHCP error? If it's yours, you may have to factory reset your wireless access point unless you are able to clear the entry for you Nook. On my router, on the page that shows all devices, I can select my Nook when it is marked "inactive" and delete it. If the problem is coming from the other network, try forgetting that network in the Nook WiFi settings page.
