I was using the browser on the tablet and all of a sudden the screen froze. So, I decided to leave the device for a while, and when I came back the screen was black and I could not power it on. I have plugged it into the charger, and I have tried holding both the power and the home button for 20 seconds at a time to no avail. Please, if there is anyone who can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated!

Call Nook customer service 1-800-THE-BOOK (1-800-843-2665) and tell them the problem you are having. They will email you something and you go to a Barnes & Noble and you pick up a new Nook. I had that problem with mine and I had to get a new one. Make sure you can access your online B&N account so that you can put everything back on your new Nook.
