Hello
I have some books which I have changed the covers to. However, the old covers are still showing up. In the software Im using - ComicRack - the covers show up properly. How do I force the nook tablet library to refresh the covers to the books?

Did you try a restart of the Nook Color.
As far as I know there is a thumbnails folder on the Nook. I have one called .docThumbs for my Nook Color. That has the thumbnails that are used as covers.
It might be a different folder for your Nook.
Deleting the thumbnails for the books whose covers you have changed and restarting the Nook should do the trick.
Please Note: I've done this sometimes and the effect varies. So don't do it if you aren't OK with getting some strange results.
