Ignore-Solved

[ Edited ]

I have several ebooks I have purchased from B&N that I am unable to download to my Nook Tablet.  I have been told it is my wireless access point despite the fact that some books have downloaded just fine and the fact that I have several devices attached to the same AP.  I have also tried a public wifi, as suggested by support, with the same results. If you look at my account you will see several books that have not been delivered.  I was also instructed to Archive the books, power off my Nook, repower it back on and unarchieve the books.  Same result, the book appears to download, then shows the Download book all over again.  This happens over and over and over.  This is tiresome.

The latest book was bought today.  It loads just fine on my Nook application on my Android phone, and I suspect it would on my laptop as well, but that defeats the purpose of having a Nook Tablet.  Can you please give complete and accurate details of how I can download these books to my rather expensive Nook Tablet.  Can I get a refund at this point?  Can you unlock the Nook so I can at least use it as an Android tablet?  Something?!?

Frustratedly and decidedly not a B&N fan,

PS: are these forums going to support Chrome? Ever?
Solved this on my own, but was more effort than it should be.

not trying to be snarky, but #1 would have helped us provide a solution and #2 will help people in the future...

Re: Ignore-Solved

I've been using Chrome to access these pages for well over a year now. What's the problem?
