Keyboard and App issues

I'm new the the nook world, we just bought two for Christmas for our kids. The Nook Color we bought has a problem freezing up and the Tablet had some keyboard issues last night and app issues today. I have had to reset the tablet back to factory settings to make the keyboard function properly and having to power down the tablet just to make the apps we bought download. I have searched the message boards for causes for the problems we're having and solutions but everything I've seen doesn't seem to answer my questions. I'm fairly frustrated at this point using them less than a week and already having to troubleshoot on a regular basis. The screens are clean and have been so that isn't the problem. I can't keep resetting them and I don't want to waste our money on broken products! So far I'm very disappointed in the Nook brand!!

Ray, what exactly were the keyboard issues.


If you could list the problems you're having with details then people can help. Right now there isn't enough detail to know what it might be due to.


Something like:


When I do X on Nook Tablet, then this happens.

It was on this page or with this app.
