I currently use a NOOK tablet and ever since the lastest update my NOOK main browser freezes.for example when i typed my password i clicked web and typed facebook when the results popped up i clicked the first one and it showed it was loading but taking longer time to load then usually so i clicked the x and tried to go to the menu but that didn't work it was completely frozen. I even tried clicking the favorite bar then going to history and clicking google but it just showed a blank white page. i clicked x again and it said at the very top about:error.I really do hate restarting my NOOK it takes over 15 min for mine to start up.Can anyone help me ?

Try clearing the cache in the browser settings.
I've had luck with opening the Shop feature, doing any search (open the Top 100) and then switching back to the browser.
I'd definitely recommend restarting the device, which is a pain, but should NOT take 15 minutes. If your device REALLY takes that long to start you might want to call CS or go to your local store and have it looked at.
Also, you don't need to "search" for facebook (or any site) just type the address into the top address bar.
You can also try downloading any of the 3rd party browsers from the app store. Dolphin and Maxthon are both free (I recommend Dolphin) and Puffin has good reviews but is $2.99 or free without Flash support.
Hope this helps
