Downloaded the NBA Jam app today, and while the app installs fine, it requires additional data to be loaded. When I open the app, I get a "server error" message with the following:
"A server error has occurred. Please visit www.eamobile.com/countrygate to choose your country and click the customer support link. (5002)"
Will e-mail EA customer support, but the product reviews would seem to indicate I'm not the only one encountering this problem. Thanks for any help!
