We are receiving messages in our NT email appp inbox but only for about 10 seconds then the message dissapears. The messages are not available in the deleted/trash box either. When we check our server, the messages are not on the server. The email app is checked "don't delete from server."
We were missing emails and have figured out if the NT is on, email messages will be dowloaded and then deleted without viewing or interacting with the NT. Very concerning as it has deleted important messages that have not been available on our server either.
Any thoughts? This could be a deal breaker on the NT if it isn't fixable. Thank you.

This is a new issue as far as I know. Can you tell us what E-mail service you are connected to? Then others that may be using the same service can provide more detailed suggestions. In general, if you can send and receive E-mail from the native Nook App the problem will be in settings. One kind of immediate action I use with Android devices is to shut them down and restart them. Just hold the power button in until the dialog box opens then press "Yes". After a short wait press the power button in until the start up routine starts. Then start sending and receiving E-mail from another source and "watch" what happens on the Nook.

If you are already using IMAP, yours may be a different problem. In that case, I suggest you contact your e-mail server.
