Hello all. New to this. Hope everyone has a wonderful New Year.
To start I purchased a Glowlight demo unit (unknowingly) from wonderful WalMart (mistake) and it appears that I may have to deregister it, however, I am unable to do so.
I have tried a full factory reset. Does anyone have any ideas short of contacting CS. I haven't done that yet since they are closed now.
Any help would be appreciated.

What happens when you try to erase and deregister it? What error are you given?
You may also want to take it back to Walmart and show them. It seems unlikely that you got a demo unit and more likely that you got a return that was repackaged.
