I'm having the same problem. :/ Using the Market version of Netflix; I can sign in and browse the catalogue, but when I try to watch a movie, it gives me an error message and goes right back to the queue. It's not a problem with the installation, either; even after reformatting the phone and reinstalling the ROM from scratch, it gives me the same error.

The was recently and update for Netflix.
Goto your Apps menu, in the right hand corner there is a tiny blue circle with a white arrow and the taxt "check for updates". Give that a tap and see if that clears things up.
