I've been using Netflix with no problems. Now when I try to watch a movie the red Netflix page comes on and starts that buffering thing...the screen then goes grey and nothing else happens. I've tried uninstalling it - it's not an option anymore. Support was no help. Anyone got any ideas? I can watch netflix on tv, phone, computer etc. without problems - just the Nook...

I've had that happen a few times and turning off the wi fi and the Nook and then turning both back on fixed the problem.
