New email issues

I just set up my email for my MSN email account and I've been getting an error of:  "Connection error:-ERR exceeded the login limit for a 15 minute period.  Reduce the frequency of requests to the POP3 server".  I have it set to "Never" check (I can do it manually), while I did have it set to 30 minutes before and received the same error.  Any clue as to what is going on?  BTW, I was able to download an attachment as I read some weren't able to.

daenas,  there is a new software update that helps resolve some of the e-mail issues.  The software your device should be running on is v1.4.2.  If your device needs a software update you may download it from bn.com or bring your device to a local store for some help.

I have been receiving the same exact error since since they went to 1.4.1 and then went to 1.4.2.

Right after I view email and go back to list of email, it begins to reload again (icon in lower left of screen begins to turn). A few seconds later I receive the error that I exceeded the login attempts for a 15 minute period and everything comes to a halt - no more email. This happens with Hotmail.
