On April 17 I took my nook in because the screen went bad, and they gave me a refurb. I knew that wasn't going to go well.
Today I took the refurb off the charger, and it will not turn on. I have tried:
- Holding the power button for 20 seconds
- Holding both the power and n button for 20 seconds simultaneously.
- Plugging it back into the charger. (no response, but charge light now shows about half charge)
- Plugging it into the computer. (no response, unknown drivers)
Nothing has worked so far. It's acting like it has no charge at all (can't even get the warning that the battery is too low). Does anyone have any advice before I take this in for the second time?
