Not able to download apps ?

My nook tablet will not allo me to add anymore apps even after i deleted all of my apps.it says we are having trouble downloading-your memory may be full try archiving item to your libray and try again. My memory is at 97% can anyone help ?

Did you try to restart your Nook.

Sometimes it isn't until a restart that the device recognizes the apps have been removed and memory is free.
