I bought OpenOffice Pro so I could work with Office docs when needed. When I launched it I found I was unable to access the local folders on my Nook Tablet (16GB version). I had to insert a memory stick and then I could browse and save docs.
Is there a way to browse, create, and save Office docs on the local storage so I don't need a memory stick installed? I bought the 16GB version so I wouldn't have to use an external memory stick.
Thanks for any suggestions.
Steve

Sorry, I wrote the wrong application name. It is OfficeSuite Professional.

Never mind. I found some further references finally that stated the app can only access files on an SD card. Maybe a future update will resolve that problem.

Both QuickOffice Pro and OfficeSuite Professional 5 should now allow you to save and retrieve files from both the internal and external memories. This did not used to be true, but it should be now.
I apologize that I don't currently have access to a nook w/the app, or I'd poke around and get instructions for you. But I can remember another tip: if you touch and hold the name of the file and are logged in to the email app, you can choose to Send and it will pop into a ready-to-write email with that file attached.
