The library books can be downloaded directly without the sideloading of the PC.Sure, but you still have to do the loan on a computer, not the Kindle. The only difference between the two is ADE.
That is not true. I have the Overdrive app on my iPod Touch. I can go to my library from the app and check out books and download them to the Overdrive app and read them. I never have to turn on my computer. I really would love to have this feature on my Nook Tablet.

It is true... because he was referring to the Kindle... not an iPod Touch

Sorry, I guess I mis-read that. Although, I was browsing my library site on the overdrive app on my ipod touch and inadvertantly checked out the kindle version of a book. So I just went to the kindle app and read it on my iPod. I never did go to my computer. Don't get me wrong, I love my Nook Tablet. But I don't use my computer that much anymore, so I am considering rooting to get the overdrive app. Wish I didn't have to do that.
