I am still unable to connect to email. I powered my tablet off, but it continues to give me the message "unable to open connection to server".

That error message is usually generated by a wrong password, but some providers require a specific mobile set up. What provider do you use? (Aol, yahoo, gmail, comcast, verizon, etc.)
