Nook Books as gifts

Hi:

Is there anyway to give a nook book as a present?  I know you can give a gift card, but was wondering about giving a specific book.

Re: Nook Books as gifts

I was just gifted a Nook Book, the giver will need the recipient's email (the one linked to their B&N account) to give the book.  The recipient gets an email that says "such and such a book was gifted to you by so and so" then he/she has to sign into their account to confirm the gift.  The recipient is also given a choice of taking the book or a gift card in the same amount.  Since I was the recipient I don't know what the back end process is like.

I sent a book to my friend, and all I needed was her email address, when she hooked up to online the book was there on her NOOK.

You can do that at the store too. You get a gift receipt in an envelope if you dont want it emailed.
Any genre has at least one valuable example of creativity that will speak to your soul in a way that inspires change. I believe that it is your duty to seek out such things....
