Ok you computer/internet gurus, here's my question.
Today's 6/2/13. According to this article, Yahoo shuts down Mail Classic starting tomorrow. http://techcrunch.com/2013/06/02/yahoo-shuts-down-
Have an email account set up on Nook through the stock email client. Is it just going to "work" tomorrow, or do I need to go into account through pc, accept new terms of service, etc.

From how that article reads, you should be ok. Your Nooks email client is what the article calls an 'IMAP Client'.
As the article says Yahoo is telling people, either agree, switch email providers, or use a different email client (presumably than going to yahoo.com or using a Yahoo brand email app).
