Re-checking out an epub from the Library

I downloaded an epub book from the library and was not able to Finnish it in the 2 weeks allowed.  I rechecked it out and now am wondering the best way to access it on my nook color again. 

Do I have to remove it from my nook and ADE and then start new, or is there a better way to be able to access it?

ADE will see that there is a copy already there and ask you if you want to replace it, say yes.
