Rookie help with choosing apps

Hello from San Diego,

I need help finding an app that will let me read sideloaded PDF files in which I can highlight  AND bookmark.

I also would like to find an app for a basic math refresher, skill builder (for myself) that's not too juvenile.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I can't think of anything for either.

What results do you find when you search. There must definitely be some PDF reader apps. However, I'm not sure how many very good PDF editing and highlighting apps there are.

Math Skills. There are a few math related apps but they are mostly aimed at kids.
