I verify that you will lose all non-B&N content with the repartitioning. I had it done yesterday.
One of the first steps in their process is a device reset, which puts it back to "just bought" state. It will be like turning on a brabd new machine--NOTHING will be on it except what comes on a new machine.--
The process also puts on the latest B&N OS.

I would like to know if I insert the N2A card into my Nook Tablet would my Nook still have the games I had before, after I restart it?
Also we must buy the Nook app on the Android tablet(which was the nook tablet before)?

The "Nook games" would be there, but you could only access them when you're in the "Nook" mode, not the N2A mode. You can download the Nook app on the Android side from the Google Play Store -- it's free.
I recommend the AndroidforNook card though. I've tried both and the AndroidforNook card plays video much better and is "zippier." You can even download it and create your own card. See androidfornook.com. And I am NOT associated with AndroidforNook -- I'm just a very satisfied customer who wasn't so happy with N2A.

Ohh... I recently purchase an N2A card because I didn't see reviews for AFN yet and was cautious. It's arriving tommorow. Have a made a mistake? Should I send it back and order AFN or are either one ok?

Either is "ok" but my personal opinion, using both, is that the Android for Nook is a better product. I tried both (ordered a 32GB N2A card, and a download of the Android for Nook image that I loaded on another 16 GB card I already had). At a point I made an image of the N2A card (using Win32DiskImager, a program that comes with the Android for Nook downloaded image) and then downloaded the 32 GB Android for Nook image and reimaged the N2A card with it. So if you've ordeded the N2A card, you can try it, and if you like it you're done. Or you can pay $10 and download the image and tools to back it up and convert it to an Android for Nook image like I did. I just find the Android for Nook image to provide much better video (it plays some MP4s that the N2A card would not play in a watchable manner) and is more responsive. Again, my opinion, and I am NOT associated with either company.

I'd get a refund if they offer a "satisfaction guarantee". Otherwise, it's a very expensive uSD card.
Replace it with a Sandisk Class 4 of whatever size you prefer if you're going to roll your own AFN card.

Just received my N2A card this morning.
I am pretty technical, but just decided to pay the money. It seems just awesome already!!! Just downloaded Google Earth--love it.
I can play my Nook-Purchased Angry Birds without rebooting.
I am still figuring it out, but so far, so good!!

Do regular magazines work? I have a subscription to The Atlantic.
Does the n2a use the books you already have stored on the Nook
or do you have to download them again? How does the Nook for
android reader compare?

Don't know about magazines but you can always switch between stock and android anytime without removing the card.
The Nook reader that comes with the n2a can access all your books on your Nook account. They do have to be downloaded again but you don't pay for them again.
I think the Aldiko reader is better than either of the Nook readers. N2a comes with several readers so you have choices.
Best of all, you can download library books directly to the n2a using Overdrive. I haven't sideloaded or gone back to the stock Nook in 5 months and I use my Nook every day.
