I am VERY HAPPY to have just downloaded the Dolphin browser: because I can copy text from it to Evernote, I am very likely to switch to using it for doing most of my web-based reading instead of using mostly Pulse. (Though it's easy to post stories to share to FB from Pulse).
I also see that there's now a contacts app -- Contacts Plus -- that has address and phone fields.
The last app I really need in order to make this more tablet-y for me is a *calendar* program that will sync with my calendar. I use iCal on my MacBook, which actually points to GoogleCalendar(s). I know that I could just log in to Google and use GoogleCalendar via the Web, BUT I often am somewhere where I don't have WiFi access. So I would VERY MUCH like to have a standalone calendar that I can use to look up stuff and add to without a connection, and then have it sync once it has a connection.
Golly, does Evernote have a calendar?

Adding the Weather Channel app would be a great addition.

For a great calendar and to do list app - Try Cozi Family Organizer - works like a charm! You can sync later when you find a connection but will work as a stand alone calendar/appointment keeper.

How about a game where there is a protest in the middleast. The protestors all use cellphones to coordinate
the protests and send videos to get the news out. How about getting points for storming a government building, or hoisting up the protestors flag on a lamppost, or throwing back teargas cannisters, or stopping a tank (like Tienneman Square), or putting flowers into the barrels of the soldiers guns, or points for not getting beaten up
by the cops. Maybe you could get points for building up a celphone network to coordinate the protest. Or maybe you could get enought points and then youo would be rewarded with protest signs or gasmasks for the teargas.
Points would be given for risky attempts to get video of police hurting people. If you want to keep the protest
peaceful, you might have to thwart terrorists trying to throw bombs at the soldiers. Maybe there wouild be a way to have suicide bombers sneak past a checkpoint and make into the peaceful protest. Just some ideas i thought i would throw out there.

A decent email app. The one that comes with the color and tablet is horrible. Lots of connectivity problems

1.) I'd like the tecarta bible app addons. It seems that the price is the same for the addons as it is for the app itself, but I really don't care much for having a separate app for another bible. So that would be great since their app.
2.) I'm a word freak so I'd love a good dictionary, well a good dictionary I can use offline. So I'd love to have the Offline dictionaries app.
3.)The restaurants & weight watchers app would be nice to have. Its better than then fast food app that the Nook carries now.

Instapaper! This makes perfect sense for the Nook. Let's you save articles from the web or email to read later. Love it on my iPhone, but would rather read on my Nook! ![]()

I would love to see the normal meesengers Yahoo and Msn be added. For almost half of the messenger market in those two alone why they are not allowed is truly beyond me!

I haven't read the whole thread so I don't know if it's been mentioned already or not, but I'd like to see an app for Spotify added to the collection.
