I am sure lots of Nook readers have dogs and cats. Why cant B&N offer magazines for these? Dog and Cat Fancy are good but how about Modern Dog or Bark, they are at Pet Smart. I'll bet there are other ones available on the market also.
Are they offered in digital format? That would be the first thing to check. If they are you could send a request to BN via email. This is primarily a user forum.
Oddly enough I just researched this yesterday. Modern dog and Bark both have their own apps that you have to load and then purchase their magazines. Works this way for android and iphone. Bark's website said they were not developing an app for the Nook right now. Many magazines overall just are not digital yet.
I'm really enjoying my Dog Fancy magazine on Nook! It's awesome! I personally prefer it over any other dog magazine, especially Modern Dog which looks more like a modeling girls magazine than a Dog Magazine. They have a free trial too for 14 days. Love Nook!
