two nooks--censoring material on one

I have a Nook tablet and gave my Nook color to my 14 year old daughter. How can I keep some of the books I order (i.e. Fifty Shades of Gray) from appearing on her Nook but still able to keep one B&N account because I'm the one with the credit card that purchases her books?

I have two B&N accounts, one for myself and one for my son, but both linked to the same credit card.

The only way I know is to have two accounts.  I have one account for my wife, one for my daughter and one for me, all linked to the same credit card.

I'd suggest two accounts with one credit card and then you can password protect purchases and sideload anything you have she wants to read. The only other thing I can think of would be to erase and deregister her device and sideload everything.

When I got my NST I gave my N1 3G to my 9 year old daughter.  I deregistered the N13G and side load what is appropriate for her.
