  Yaaay!!! It's finally here, the first chapter of A Perfect Blood by Kim Harrison is on her website & Facebook.  I am getting ready to read it now!

I promised myself I would read it, but I did. I knew if I read it I would want more and I was right. I am soo excited for A Perfect Blood to come out, I love this series. I will not read anymore pre-released chapters, I will not read anymore pre-released chapters........

Chapters 1-4 are now available.  So far it is AWESOME!  I was hooked in really quickly.

I am impressed!  I have hit rock bottom and will take any free hit, no matter how small, that I can get.  She is giving up one chapter a week.  It is just enough to keep me from going into full withdrawal.

I decided to take a day off work. I got the book in the morning when B&N opened and read all day (minus that little nap ).  Then I hit a snag as my book went from pages 248 to a large chunk of repeated pages starting at 121, then began again at 313. AHHHHHH!   I had a mini meltdown, but was able to recover enough to get my husband to drive me back to B&N to get a different copy.  Seriously people!  My heart can only take so much.

Just finished it on my lunch break.  OMG I loved it.  

Does anyone know how many more Hallows/Rachel books she is going to publish?  I think I read somewhere that the magic number was 12 (which would be 2 more books).

ooohh  I loved it.  Thought we would see some people we didn't and seen some people I didn't know we would see.  She is always full of surprises.  Can't wait til everyone starts discussing it.  Paul is Kim going to be here again this year?  I enjoyed it the past years.

OMG, some of you are done already, seriously???    I like to savour my books so I take at least a week or so to read them.  :-)  I won't have mine until next week...if anyone posts anything please put spoiler space or if we can wait a week that would be better!  Sometimes there is a discussion then people never come back...I hate when that happens, LOL

You are gifted, but I am not strong enough to follow your alien ways. I can just read it again if I want to savor it!  I will be sure to not discuss without a spoiler alert.  It is a good reminder.

Finished..wahoo! woot! woot! ..Oh no..wait *sighs* HOW LONG TILL THE NEXT BOOK???? Ugh

My plan was to stay up all Tuesday night and finish it..but I read it over 2 and enjoyed it. Can't wait to chat about it.

I just finished it tonight, and loved it!! I mean WOW. Really. So much happened in this book, and it's going to be really really hard to wait a whole year for the next one! I also can't wait for more people to finish so we can talk about it!!

Yeeeeessss----Yesterday morning I got my copy of 

A Perfect Blood (Rachel Morgan Series #10).  I'll be joining in the discussion soon. I also asked Paul, in the 'What are you reading' thread, to create an early March Feature #1 for it.   

I'm in the middle of a really good UF that I want to finish, but I don't know if I'll be able to resist A Perfect Blood. As a matter of principle, I avoid interrupting my reading of a book once I've started. Plus, it's an excellent book-the beginning of the Iron Druid series entitled

Hounded (Iron Druid Chronicles Series #1).
