A lot of us Urban Fantasy fans have really enjoyed Gini Koch's Alien series. She has a new series coming out that she is writing under the name GJ Koch.
Alexander Outland I just got it on my Nook and will proably start it tonight or in the morning. It looks like it should be as good as her other series. Is anyone else going to try it.

This one looks good. I haven't read the Alien series. I will check this one out though. I need to finish Blackout and Scourge of the Betrayer, hopefully this weekend. Then I can see where my list of books is at. I like the synopsis of this book.

I really enjoyed this book as much as her Alien series though it is more of a Space Opera type fantasy book than an Urban Fantasy. She did as good a job building her world and characters as she did the Alien series.

I loved this book. Thanks for the recommendation. Your description as Space Opera type fantasy is very true. I loved the fast pace mixture of adventure and humor. I guess I couldn't go wrong when there is a Sexbot in the book. I will look into the other series Alien. How woudl you compare them?

Pen,
They have a lot of the same type of humor but the Alien series is very much an Urban Fantasy in an a very urban setting. I am sure that you would enjoy it.

Is the order for Alien ---
Touched by an Alien
Alien Tango
Alien in the Family
Alien Proliferations
Alien Diplomacy
Alien vs. Alien
Does that look right?
Thanks Luanne

Oh I had the pleasure of reading this book. Really enjoyed it. Reminded me of the old space operas, with sly jokes on sex and crap... LOL. Yes, litteraly crap. ;D I enjoyed this whole crew of characters. Each is different in their own way. And we add to the crew as we go.
I say you have to enter this one with a light joking mind, and just have fun with it as you go. Lots of jokes here and a great time to relax.
I have not read her Alien series yet, but will say after enjoying this crew, I do want to get to it.
