BEST PARANORMAL FANTASY RELEASES OF 2012?

I'm beginning the seemingly impossible task of compiling the top picks of 2012 – and I still have almost a dozen novels to read!

What are YOUR top paranormal or urban fantasy novels of 2012? Here are a few of my picks, in no order whatsoever....

Paul, I love your list, and if I had been able to read most of those titles yet, I have the feeling they would make my list, as well. Alas, since they are not my series to review, I have not yet gotten to them. I will add my own list shortly.

I have read a ton of books this year.  For me this seems to be the year of shocking endings.  Nicole Peeler ended the current Tempest book with a surprise - and several others led you through the forest and just when you want to take a breath pushed you off the cliff.

These are my choices, in no particular order. As I mentioned earlier, I truly believe that many of Paul's would be on my list if I had read them yet.

Hmm, there are some AMAZING books listed!  I wish I had the time to read all of them.

I've gone back through my reads for the year and what was newly released to come up with a list...

In no particular order...

Blue-Blooded Vamp (Sabina Kane Series #5)  by Jaye Wells - amazing ending!

Full Blooded  by Amanda Carlson - Amazing start to a series!

Blooded  and I have to add the novella starting the series, Blooded.  Wow.  One of the best I've read.

Shadows Before the Sun  by Kelly Gay - Oh so glad to see Charlie and Hank again. And learn more!

Lineage  by Skyla Dawn Cameron, this is another character to the lead with Zara in the group.  Peri is great.

Exhumed  By Skyla Dawn Cameron - Oh Zara comes center stage again, and I just loved the story.

Alexander Outland  Oh this one was a hoot for me to read.  I loved the humor and will have to get to Gini's other series.

Now, I have two that I LOOOVED this year, but they are YA reads.  They could be read by adults and enjoyed. 

Hunter Of The Dead  I don't read zombies but really enjoyed this one with hunting them.

Greta and the Goblin King  This was a sweet fey read with young innocence.

And it appears I can't count when it comes to books. lol.

I Have two others listed to make my ten.  I don't know if they count.

Devil's Luck  by Carolyn Crane, Simon came front and center for me in this novella (being novella is why I wasn't sure).

Sealed With a Curse  Then this one isn't released yet, but will release December 31, 2012 so I'm not sure what year to count it in.

I hope so.  I've started a few lately and haven't bothered to finish.  The Sealed one hasn't arrived yet (it's a signed author copy).  I'll let you know what I think of it! 

At the moment I've got a mark Del Franco (the second in the Laura Blackstone series) on tap.

Yes! I really enjoyed Sealed with a Curse as well. Has many elements in it that keeps you going and not realizing you are reading away the pages.

And congrats on the signed copy!
