Hey, thanks you guys – that was soooooo nice! Had a great day with my family and, afterwards, made some pretty lofty goals, since I will be 50 in a few years.
By the time I'm 50, I want to:
• get back to my "creative" roots and have something that is fiction published, and
• be in better shape at 50 than I was at 20. I was a pretty good sprinter in high school and college and I want to be able to come close to my personal records (10.9 in the 100, 48.9 in the 400) and be able to bench press more weight at 50 than I could when I was regularly working out in my 20s and 30s.
The older I get the more I realize that age really means nothing. It's all about YOU and how you live. There is no stationary period – you're either improving or you're dereriorating...
