Hey all,

I just joined this bookclub, so I'm a new member. Please let me know if this is the wrong place to put an introduction - I can't find a specific thread for it, so I apologize if I'm doing it wrong or whatever.

My name is Gabby. I'm new to the whole Nook/bookclub thing, but already I love both.

I read almost nothing but paranormal books, so this seemed like the perfect place for me lol. :] It looks like ya'll have some pretty awesome taste too, so that doesn't hurt either!

I'm 21 years old and live in Las Vegas. Some of my hobbies are reading (obviously!), writing poetry and short stories, drawing/doing art of all different types, listening to music, and watching horror movies (huge horror fan here!).

Anything else you want to know about me, just ask. :] I don't bite.

I hope to really enjoy my time here.

Welcome Gabby!!  :-)  I'm sure you will enjoy yourself around here just like the rest of us, LOL!  One word of warning though...your "to be read" pile, or as we like to call it...TBR pile...wil EXPLODE after you've been around for even just a little while!  hehehe

Welcome Gabby!   SciFi wan't kidding....Im a huge reader but still this group has more than tripled my TBR list......I have stuff on there that I may never get to cause someone always finds some other book that we just have to read.  LOL

Well, the obvious question is since you live in Las Vegas, are you familiar with the author Vicki Pettersson? She is a fantastic paranormal fantasy writer from Vegas – she used to be  showgirl, as I recall – who has written the Signs of the Zodiac saga and, next month, is beginning a new series with The Taken.
