My name is Ami and I hail from Baltimore. I'm an aspiring writer or a closet writer as my husband calls me. I'm sorry I missed Kim Harrison. I love her books. I have just bought Vicki Peterson's books and can not wait to read them. I was introduced to her from the show.

I'll be back whenever Kim or the Showgirl returns or if I managed to read any of the books that are being discussed on down the road.

Hi Ami. You'll love Vicki's books. She should still be here a couple more days, too. I'm just butting in and saying hi because I like to meet new people
My husband used to call me a "hobby writer", so I can relate to the spouse nicknames. Now he'll say to me, "Aren't you supposed to be WORKING?" while nodding at my keyboard. I think I liked hobby writer better, lol.
Nice to meet you!

I'm probably going when they go. It's too hard for me to keep up with everyone that comes through here. I already have more books stacked up than I can possibley read in the next 3 months and there's a new Book out by Jim Butcher in the first week of December.
I'll be back whenever Kim or the Showgirl returns or if I managed to read any of the books that are being discussed on down the road.
Vicki & Kim,
Could you please talk come sense into this man. Obviously the rest of us have absolutely NO influence on him. {stomps off in a snit....)

Listen to your fanclub, man. They think you're macaroni.
And you _have_ to read Jeaniene and Richelle's books. They both made me LOL!

Come out of the writing closet!
I know Kim's busy with the mm release _today_ of FFDM, but she should be by for a round-up, farewell, and so on.
I hope you enjoy my books, and certainly stick around here for Jeaniene. She rocks.
All best with your writing!

I went and got your book, and I can not put it down. Hopefully I can finish after work today. I don't mind going to work, it's the eight hours I have to wait until I leave that is a pain. I usually read several books at one time and you will find at least one book in every room of my house. Its an addiction.

Hello! I have never been in a bookclub so this will be interesting. I have worked for B&N and had made many suggestions and have gotten lots of good suggestions back. I am sorry I left that job I loved it but school called! Right now I am studying architecture so I try and snuggle up with a good book as much as I can. I am currently trying out and re-going through some series I never tried and one I used to love as a kid. The Wheel of Time series by Mr. Jordan and the Pern Series By Mrs. McCaffery, and I just bought the Golden Compass (I am curious about the movie so I must read the book first.)
Hi laurhaaquacap! Come on in, the paranormal water's fine here!
