Just wanted to pass along some information on the author Brian Keene to those who are interested but may not follow him closely. In the past few months, Keene has dumped his previous publisher, Dorchester/Leisure over non payment of royalties. He retained the rights to both his printed and digital catalogs.
He recently announced that his entire backlist in addition to forthcoming releases will now be done with Cemetery Dance. As early as next week, Cemetery Dance will begin releasing his titles in paperback followed soon thereafter in digital format.
If anyone is interested in reading further on this news or the backstory leading up to it, refer to Brian Keene's website: Brian Keene.Com

Keene is back! The first three releases of his back catalog have just been republished by one of his new (and main) publisher, Deadite Press. Three releases are available in trade paperback as of today (digital releases coming very soon).
In the coming weeks and months additional backlist titles will become available. Some, like the ever popular, The Rising, will be published in Author Preferred Edition with previously edited material. Exciting stuff for the Keene enthusiast or general horror fan. I for one am going to jump right on Jack's Magic Beans, a collection of short stories.

Just wanted to update the latest on Keene for those interested. Deadite Press who are re-publishing Keene's backlist as well as new titles has just released several titles in NOOKbook format (at a great price IMO). Brian Keene is back on track after a prolonged battle with his former publishers!
The following are the new titles available in digital format: Tequila's Sunrise Take The Long Way Home Urban Gothic Jack's Magic Beans Clickers II A Gathering of Crows

I love the "dirty" look of Deadite's covers.

I'm completely enraptured with the Deadite lineup since Keene joined forces with them. I've read several other authors in their stable in addition to Keene.
My first non-Keene Deadite purchase was this beauty. I made the purchase based on title alone. Who needs to judge a book by it's cover when it has a winning title!
