DELAY, DELAY, DELAY . . .

I'm on day 4 and, still,  my account is 'processing'. I'm eager to have my book selling.

Two possible reasons for the delay:

1) I asked a question, in email, on day 1. I wondered how to present to B&N my brand photo (also the cover of my book) when it's more than 2000 pixels.

2)  I asked , separately, to review what I'd written about the book, and about myself, before it  went 'live'.

Could either of these be the cause of the delay in my book being for sale?

And how long, typically, does B&N take to answer such questions?

I posted two books in February and they were up within 24 hours.  I believe you are correct in assuming that your questions and asking for a review have something to do with the hold up. I don't think it should take more than a few days. Good Luck!

Why would you ask to review it before it went live?  You could have just reviewed it before you hit send.

You are giving them more specific tasks that they are not really responsible for while we all know they are already short-handed.

The goal should be to make it as simple and seamless as possible.
