I'm trying to add a friend via the "Find People" link in the "My B&N" section but it won't accept the CAPTCHA. Is there something wrong with the CAPTCHA system right now?
My Tests: I've tried this in both Chrome and Firefox. I lock my Chrome setup down so only the cookies I need to allow are allowed and the same goes with Flash. My Firefox is not locked down and experiences the same problem. I've tried the audio version and it verified that I was reading the CAPTCHA properly.
From any page click the following links to get to the "Find People" I'm talking about.
"My Account" > "Visit My B&N" in the Personalize section > "Find People" under Build My Community
Thanks in advance for any help.

It appears that the problem was I was typing the characters as I saw them. The captcha is a combination of letters and numbers. The letters are always displayed as upper case. The captcha only accepts them as lower case.
The captcha window should not this discrepancy somewhere or better yet, the web programmer can just convert all inputs for the captcha into lower case automatically.
Coming from a programming background, this is an incredibly easy task. It'll take the Barnes & Noble programmer 5 minutes to do (4.5 minutes to find the location to put the code and 30 seconds to add the single line required). Just let your the B&N programmers know about this and it'll be an easy task on their to do list.
Thanks.
