Hey all, did my best to search for this issue, but seem to be stumped on it.
I recently purchased 3 ebooks at one time, they were all from the series of books. They all downloaded to my nook and all 3 were listed in my library, however whenever I go to select ANY book from the series, each entry will only play the 2nd book from the series.
In the library, they're all titled the same as well, which is very confusing. I even went in by hooking up my nook to my PC and manually renaming the files. this hasn't fixed it.
Any extra info you need, I can give. Thanks in advance for your help.

1. The first thing to do is to Archive the three books on your Nook, then Unarchive them. If the files are good in your Library at B&N, this will download new copies to your Nook, and they should be good, too.
2. Do you have the B&N eReader app on your computer? If so, take a look at the books in that: this should tell you whether the files are bad in your Library at B&N, or if they just downloaded incorrectly to your Nook.
3. If you troubleshoot the files as above and find that they're corrupt, or if you're not comfortable troubleshooting them yourself, call Customer Support, and select Digital Support. They can walk you through the troubleshooting, and if the files are corrupted, replace them for you.

Note at one time they had a problem with such books because they were storing them under a short name and they ended up as not unique names. I believe they started to add a number (isbn?) to try and make sure they end up unique. I would be curious to know what the actual book file names are in the OP case.
Probably need to contact CS to fix these books.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I will try all these out.
To those who asked: The book series is called "Star Wars: Lost Tribe of the Sith". There are 3 books in the series. On my nook, they're all listed as "Star Wars" with the author as "John Jackson Miller" and when you go to open any of them, they all go to the #2 book. Even the file names could only go so far as to say "Star Wars" John Jackson Miller.
Hopefully, as you say, issues like this will be fixed in the future, there's another book series out I plan on buying that's similarly titled.

Situation is fixed! I was given an option to re-download the files and now they're separated on my nook. They are still all listed as "Star Wars" by John Jackson Miller, so you cant tell them apart that way, but they do open the right book!
Thanks for all the help!
