Hi Cheyenne! She'll be so happy that you were looking for it...I was waiting for her to post the thread for this month's entry but since you posted I'll put the link here. The column's on "Twice-told Tales" - retold fairy tales!

Eloisa's columns are always dangerous to my bank account. Luckily, I've already ready A KISS AT MIDNIGHT and LOVE IN THE AFTERNOON, so I only have two books to buy after reading this column!

I just bought my first book by Eloisa James today. I hope that I enjoy it! I love the story of cinderella so I can't wait to see what kind of twist Eloisa puts on the story.

Lexa, you've chosen a wonderful book for your introduction to Eloisa James. I've read her entire back list and I think A Kiss at Midnight is one of the best she's ever written. I hope you enjoy!

Here's Eloisa's most recent column:
Think Pink
http://bnreview.barnesandnoble.com/t5/Reading-Roma

Her column reminded me of a book I LOVED:
Synopsis
Witty, wonderful, and quirky romance from the USA Today bestselling author!
Jen Maitland never had any use for handsome guys with easy charm until she met Zach. He's the perfect fake date to end her mother's matchmaking scheme before it starts. The only problem is that Zach isn't as predictable as he appears...
Zach Coxwell hates commitment, but loves a challenge. Like the pretty bar waitress who turned him down flat for a date-only to invite him to her family's Thanksgiving dinner. Zach knows he can make Jen smile, and he's betting that he can unravel her mysteries.
Despite Thanksgiving dinner becoming a familial nightmare for Jen, Zach has the time of his life and finds that Jen may be worth a commitment after all-even if he has to convince her by any means necessary.
There's a review of it here:

I loved this whole series - I think it's only available used, but it's well worth a read!

Whew - usually Eloisa's columns break the bank for me, but this time I own several of the books she mentions already. I absolutely loved THE IRON DUKE (Meljean Brook's story at the end of BURNING UP is connected to it) and I'm completely hooked on the Emma Wildes' series, too. The book Eloisa writes about is third in a series - read all of them!

Mary Bly is highly esteemed in her own right:

This is Eloisa's current column: http://bnreview.barnesandnoble
.com/t5/Reading-Romance/Clueless-Teens-in-Love/ba-
See also: http://bnreview.barnesandnoble.com/t5/In-the-Margi
I seem to recall a column where she reviewed a book where breast cancer was a topic. God knows, sometimes it seems half the women I know are breast cancer survivors, but I don't think Eloisa/Mary has mentioned this.
