I've been a big reader for a long time. I am a little embarrassed to admit it, but I love reading young adult novels even though I am almost 30. I'm a big fan of romance and adventure. I've been getting tired of reading the trendy books. Don't get me wrong. I love them. I just don't like readinthem and have someone look over my shoulder and say, "oh...your at my favorite part" or start up a discussion on the next books in the series that I haven't read yet. So...I went on an adventure and started checking out unique books. I'm glad I did. I came across two that were great!
1. Stalkers: The Resurrection by Melissa Damon.
-All I can say is OH MY GOD! It's amazing! It's a story about a teen girl that has the ability to change into a tiger. It's tough to explain because there is so much happening in the novel, but it has two storylines in it. One part of the story is when she is awake and trying to figure out what she is (hehehe...a tiger) and the other story happens whenever she falls asleep. The past story is her memories of the 1800s. I loved it! There is supposed to be a second one coming out within the month and I can't wait to read it. There is definately a HUGE love triangle going on. You could even say love 'quadrigle?' Hehehe...I don't know what is the right word.
2. Year of the Cat by Zoe Daniels
-Yeah, I've been in a cat phase. I'm not sure why. This one was really awesome. It is about a girl that goes to a new school and falls in love with the popular guy. She also makes friends with the clutzy guy and starts to fall for him as well. When one of the guys dosn't seem good anymore, she has to decide between what is right and wrong. My heart was torn the world time. I loved it!
Oops. I didn't mean to make this seem like an advertisement with all the spam going around nowadays. Just wanted to let you know two books I thought you would like. They are my current favorites. ^_^ Any books you think I'd like as well? I'm currently in romance heaven and I agree with you on the intense love triangles. What are your favorites since we seem to (possibly) like similar stuff?
