I hope more of her old ones are made digital as well as more of Rachel Gibson's titles.

Cheyenne_Catina and becke...you and I have very similar tastes. I love that series about the authors Cheyenne just begun. Be sure to read the others in that series. They're delightful, too.
Have you read the Mackenzie series by Linda Howard? SUPER SUPERB but do read them in order.
And the Quinn brothers series by Nora Roberts...Sea Swept, etc. and also do in order. SUPER SUPERB

I agree, we do share the same taste. When I find an author I like, I read everything I can find by that author, old and new. I've read every book Linda Howard and Nora Roberts have written (including many, but not all, of the J.D. Robb books). I got hooked on their earlier books but still read them today.
My favorites by Linda Howard:

The Darkest Night (Lords of the Underworld Series #1)
I'm finally reading the Lords of the Underworld Series and I'm liking it so far. Kind of a mix between the BDB series and the first (well technically first) book in the Dark Hunter Series Fantasy Lover.

becke_davis, I just started Lisa Kleypas's new book. It is
Christmas Eve at Friday Harbor (Friday Harbor Series #1)
This is a nice cozy read. I love the plot and the story is really good. I love her books.
I am finishing up The Mischief of the Mistletoe
The Mischief of the Mistletoe (Pink Carnation Series #7)
This is another really good romance with a Jane Austen flar. Jane Austen is the friend to the main female character. I want to read more of the Pink Carnation series.
I recommend both of these books.

becke and Cheyenne...Yep, we could pick books out for each other, I think, and there are very few people who I'd let do that for me. ![]()
becke...I really enjoyed the three contemporary ones by Kleypas...Sugar Daddy, Smooth Talking Stranger, and Blue-Eyed Devil. I wish she'd add one on Joe to the series, instead of doing more historical ones (not something I've been able to get into.)
Cheyenne...I bought my Nook for just the reason you said...to have my favorites with me when I travel and not have to lug around a dozen or so paperbacks. I love Rachel Gibson, too, and wish they'd put See Jane Score and a couple others into digital so I could add them to the "author" series I downloaded last night for an upcoming weekend trip to Vegas. I'm not much of a gambler and this is a husband's family thing, so I'll have my Nook and I can read whilest others do the slots.![]()
It's so nice to "talk" to others who love the same authors I do.

I'm diving into these, and can't wait:
I finished Christmas Eve at Friday Harbor by Lisa Kleypas and you guys know I love anything by her. But this is very, very different from the Texas trilogy. It's more intimate, not as epic, and definitely without the personal issues like in Blue-Eyed Devil. It reminded me of a cozy Nora holiday romance.

Okay I'm convinced on my list it goes, like I really need something else
