Elizabethan Costumes

For those of you interested in period costumes, I thought you might like to see what Elizabethans would be wearing whilst they watched Shakespeare's plays. These patterns would also be useful for school amateur dramatics.

Well, at least what my ancestors, who watched from the stalls would have been wearing. Yours, which you have frequently placed in the pit crowd, would have been wearing something quite different. :smileyhappy:

Mine probably wouldn't have been able to afford the tickets Everyman:smileyvery-happy:. I thought there were some poorer folks' costumes on that website but here you go if not:-
