Shakespeare in the News

Here we can list articles, etc. that we see about Shakespeare sites or other related information.

Please use the "Shakespeare Happenings" thread to list festivals, current and upcoming productions you know about, etc.

Thanks!

It's a pleasure to share both Shakespeare News and Happenings here in the Shakespeare Book Club!

Re: Shakespeare in the News

Did you know that Shakespeare's grave is in jeopardy?  Anyone with $81,000 laying around to spare?  :smileywink:

Re: Shakespeare in the News

Shakespearean production theaters are important, don't you agree?  There's one in the Berkshires in Massachusetts that is currently in financial trouble, Shakespeare & Co.

Have any of you ever been to this theater in Lenox, MA?

Re: Shakespeare in the News

Here's an article about a wonderful program in London that will give 15,000 FREE tickets to see MACBETH at the London Globe for 2 weeks in March, 2010--to secondary students!

Re: Shakespeare in the News

Maybe you heard something about a "lost" play of Shakespeare's in the news lately?

Here's an article, "Shakespeare's 'lost' play published - is 'Double Falsehood' a double falsehood?"
