Re: Anyone know any good books?

Hm, it depends on what you like. Can you tell some of your favorite books so we know what to suggest to you?

Re: Anyone know any good books?

If you like fiction books I know some you might be interested in. Well... It's more an author than a particular book. Tamora Pierce. She's definetly one of the best. Escpecially if you like the type of books where women are the heroes of the story. There is basically five quartetes I think.

the song of the lioness

  •   alanna: the first adventure
  •   In the hand of the Goddess
  •   The woman  who rides like a man
  •   Lioness Rampant

The Immortals

  • Wildmagic
  • wolf song
  • Emperor Mage
  • The realms of the gods

The Protector of the Small

  • first test
  • page
  • squire
  • lady knight

the trickster's choice and the trickster's queen

those are all set in tortal there is also ones set in a place I can't remember at the moment and, in my opinion aren't as good as the tortal ones but still a good read

the circle opens

  • shatterglass
  • street magic
  • cold fire
  • magic steps

the circle of magic

  • tris's book
  • briar's book
  • sandry's book
  • daja's book

I know it's alot of books but you get so into them you don't want to put them down.

Re: Anyone know any good books?

When I said "Anything by Tamora Pierce" I meant any of the books written by her not the book Anything. Because I'm pretty sure she doesn't have a book called Anything. :] Oh I remembered two more good series'...

- Wicked Series by Nancy Holder and Debbie Viquie

- Heir Series by Cinda Chima

If you like fiction with some superstition, I'd recommend East by Edith Pattou...I just finished it and it was AMAZINGGG!  It took a little while to get into the story, but once you get hooked it's so hard to put down...and believe me if you give up and put it down it won't be for long!!! haha One of my favorites... :smileyvery-happy:
