From Books to Movies [ Edited ]

Seems like Hollywood's running out of ideas and turning to books now. Here are some books that I found out are going to be made into movies. What do you guys think? Would you watch them?

• Shiver - Maggie Steifvater

Shiver was ok, but I didn't think it was that great. I'm really surprised they're turning this into a movie

• Wings - Aprilynne Pike

And as far as Wings goes, I liked the book, but I heard that Miley Cyrus might be playing Laurel? Ugh, don't think I could watch it if that happens

• The Host - Stephanie Meyer

The Host? That'll be interesting to see how they pull off two people in one body

• Dear John - Nicholas Sparks

The preview for this actually looked decent

• The Lovely Bones - Alice Sebold

Hmm I have no idea how I feel about this. Hope the movie does it justice

I dont know about the others, but the previews for The Lovely Bones look amazing.  i think they're going to stay pretty close to the book.  I cant wait to see it.

I think this is good news I think almost all the books are good. I just hope the movies do justice for them.

I'm excited about Lovely Bones becoming a movie. My sister said that it's a wonderful book and the previews are good. I like that Host is becoming a movie but I hope they pick the right people to play the characters because that is one of my favorite books.
