haha, that's the first time anyone's ever told me I have a way with words. Only on paper, I'm afraid, not when spoken. I get too nervous and get all tongue-tied, when I'm talking to people, unless I've known them awhile..
I go out of my way to avoid speaking unless I absolutely must, like at work, or when my friends expect a response. How weird am I? lol!
Gracias mi amigas! I appreciate the compliments!

Here's another something I wrote. I woke up in the middle of the night with these thoughts in my head, a memory that was just hours old at the time, it's weird waking from sleep from an anxiety attack.. But here it is...another piece of me:
And there never will be
Her heart is shredding itself to pieces
When had she become so weak
Voices fill her head
The endless "dos" and "don'ts" confusing her non-stop
She can barely sit still
Twitching her legs, tapping her feet, drumming her fingers on her thighs
Her breathing is rough and quick
Causing her chest to ache with the expansion
She breaks out in rashes
Her nervousness showing now
Her vision becomes blurry
As a pounding begins in her head
Her skin is frozen to the touch
A physical numbness she desperately wanted emotionally
The noise around her is somehow dimmed
By an eerie, almost deafening silence barricading her mind
The scent of him still lingers in the air
Driving her wild with each inhalation
Sensing him all around her
As if he were still there with her
In a way it's soothing
A calmness before realization hits
This obsession has been taken way too far
The absurdity of it strikes her to the core
With a slam of the door
She is brought back to her reality
Heart pounding viciously
She fears her thoughts had escaped her
Comprehension dawns on her
There is no one there besides herself
And there never will be.
