The book to me glorifies abusive relationships and Bella Swan is the queen of the mary sues. She's perfect in almost every single way. Which is the mark of the mary sue disease.
Also sparkling vampires who don't attack humans are repulsive to me. Vampires attack people, not only animals. Also the werewolves aren't werewolves. They're mangy dogs. And the whole "imprinting" is disgusting. It's an invitation for pedophilia.
The whole "saga" (it's not a saga, it's a few books that were written specifically to make one person rich) is the worst series I've ever seen and the fans are even worse than the Harry Potter fan base (at least they don't go around violently assaulting people).
