Last Olympian (Percy Jackson and the Olympians Series #5)  

has anybody read it yet? i bought it and im not sure what to expect.

I started it and finished it the day after it came out. It was great. I was a little worried about what to expect too, but Rick Riordan gave the series a pretty awesome conclusion. Be prepared for some action-packed suspense for sure.

I still remember waiting for the last Harry Potter book, and that one made me a lot more nervous than this one did. I think Riordan did a great job and I'm really looking forward to seeing if he writes another Camp Half-Blood series.

What did everyone else think?

I haven't read it yet but i heard it was AMAZING! I really can't wait, I wanna know what happens to Percy and the Greek Gods!

Yeah I read it I wasn't expecting the end, and If you don't like Rachel then I have good news and bad news the bad news is she doesn't die but she doesn't date Percy. So read like crazy.

I GOT IT AT 9:47PM THE NIGHT IT CAME OUT

AND FINISHED IT BY 8:28PM THE NEXT NIGHT!!!! LAST OLYMPIAN IS OFFICIALLY MY FAVORITE OUT OF THE ENTIRE SERIES!! IT IS REALLY GREAT

It was the best book IN THE SERIES! The part with Luke.... I loved it. Did you know i actually always liked Luke? Because I did.

i loved the end with luke!!!!!!! that was the best possible way for him to ... go... cuz if at the end he comes up to percy and annabeth saying "oh jeez, looks like i messed up...big time. so can you guys just forgive me cuz yah know i was under kronos' power..." that would have been awful!

THE PART WHEN THE CAMPERS THROW HIM AND ANNABETH INTO THE LAKE........LOL....THAT WAS GREAT! AWKARD IN ONE SENSE...BUT GREAT!!

i know!!! that was soooo cute! i'm so happy for them!! haha!

they casted the totally wrong actors for the leading roles... the girl who plays annabeth is like 22 years old...

I already did a thousand times... lol, I probably will again. the girl who plays Annabeth has BROWN hair! Why did SHE have to be cast?

i no!! it is rediculous! i mean i love chris columbus, he did brilliantly when he directed harry potter 1+2, but the cast for PJO is rather... sketchy? i would never have pictured that kid for percy! only because i think percy has to be perfect! .... and james bond is the new chiron?? uhh what were you thinking?????????? yikes! i love pierce but uhmmn not as chiron! i hope the cast blows my mind in the movie, cuz im not so sure right now...

I didn't mind the casting except that Annabeth is in her 20's. She should have be younger.

well i haven't read book 5 yet. i'm almost finish reading book 4, its awesome so far. i'm excited as to what is going to happen in book 5. i haven't felt this way about reading since harry potter series.
