Since 1997, you’ve been coming to BarnesandNoble.com to discuss everything from Stephen King to writing to Harry Potter. You’ve made our site more than a place to discover your next book: you’ve made it a community. But like all things internet, BN.com is growing and changing. We've said goodbye to our community message boards—but that doesn’t mean we won’t still be a place for adventurous readers to connect and discover.

Now, you can explore the most exciting new titles (and remember the classics) at the Barnes & Noble Book Blog. Check out conversations with authors like Jeff VanderMeer and Gary Shteyngart at the B&N Review, and browse write-ups of the best in literary fiction. Come to our Facebook page to weigh in on what it means to be a book nerd. Browse digital deals on the NOOK blog, tweet about books with us,or self-publish your latest novella with NOOK Press. And for those of you looking for support for your NOOK, the NOOK Support Forums will still be here.

We will continue to provide you with books that make you turn pages well past midnight, discover new worlds, and reunite with old friends. And we hope that you’ll continue to tell us how you’re doing, what you’re reading, and what books mean to you.

I am currently reading the Tiger's Voyage (3rd book from the Tiger's Curse series) and so far it has gotten me to change the pages wondering whats going to happen next and wanting to just keep reading it. I love the books and I can't  wait for the other 2 to come out. They are simply amazing. :smileyhappy:

Re: What Are You Reading Right Now?

We just finished reading Things Fall Apart in school and are about to start The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn. I reread The Invention of Hugo Cabret earlier this week and am now reading Matched by Ally Condie!

I love The Invention of Hugo Cabret and would recommend it to anyone! It's an easy, fast, addicting read that's coming out as a movie November 23!! It's about a recently orphaned boy named Hugo and his quest to fufill his father's dream. The book is a mix of pictures and words which makes it even more interesting! I know it doesn't sound very interesting, but take my word for it, it's well-worth your time!

A friend recommended I read Matched because I loved the Hunger Games so much, and I'm really enjoying it. Matched isn't quite as much of an addicting read as The Hunger Games are, but that could be because I'm only 140 pages into it! It's about a futuristic soceity called The Soceity where everything is run on statistics and probability. In The Soceity, everything is picked for you: your food, your clothes, even who you'll marry or, be "matched" to. There are rarely mistakes made in the perfect world of The Soceity. However, for Cassia, the main character, a big mistake is made. She was accidentally given two matches. But no one can know about this mistake, because one of the boys she was matched to is never supposed to be matched to anyone. Why?? Read on!! :smileywink:

Re: What Are You Reading Right Now?

I'm reading The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater currently. I read her first series the Shiver Trilogy/ The Wolves of Mercy Falls Trilogy and loved it. She is a great author and i love the way she writes, so i decided to get this book. And i'm not regretting buying this book. I'm immersed in it and I recommend reading Maggie Stiefvater's Shiver before reading this book. Her other series is fantastic! Not that i'm critizing this book.

Re: What Are You Reading Right Now?

I just started The Death Cure Exclusive Edition (Maze Runner Series #3) which I am so excited about.

Although, I am not liking it as much as I thought I would.
