What Are You Reading Right Now?

My friend is reading Evernight. She is said it is okay. Do you like it so far, cuz I might get it soon but I kinda need more then one person opinion on a book before I get it.

Golden Reader12 are you reading A Northern Light by Jennifer Donnelly? If so how do you like it so far? Its one of my favorite books but it seems like not a lot of people read it by choice.

Yep thats the one. I haven't actually started it yet ( I had another book to finish before starting that one) but it sounds really good to me. I think I might have actually tried reading it once and not liking it but I was in middle school then and didn't really give a whole lot of books a good try. I'm hoping that its different now and that I end up liking it. I'll let you know what I think about it once i get into

I just finished reading Evernight today. It was okay, just not what I expected. I thought parts were good, but others not so much.

I just finished Gone by Lisa McCann.  I was a bit disappointed with this last novel of a pretty good series.  The first two novels held such suspense.  I really had to push myself to read this one.

The Captive (Part 2) and The Power (Secret Circle Series #2-3)  By: LJ Smith

I must say I do enjoy the books a lot. I was skeptical about reading LJ Smith at first and honestly I didn't pick it up until after they came out with The Vampire Diaries show. The reason I picked them up after the show was because everyone kept saying that were nothing alike by which I mean the book and the show were basically two different story lines. I've discovered she is a good read and I don't mind the show because its like reading two different stories at the same time, from two different prespectives.
