Re: books

[ Edited ]
The girl who loved Tom Gordon, by Stephen King. Redwall, by Brian Jacques. Wizerds first rule, by Terry Goodkind. How about those? Or you could read short storys in the writing room :smileyvery-happy:. I hope I helped.

Re: books

Wow, I could go on and on and on without any genres to narrow things down, but I'll limit to my recent favs -

Sci-Fi:    Soulless by Gail Carriger (first in a series)

A Madness of Angels by Kate Griffin (first in a series)

The Monstrumologist by Rick Yancey (historical horror type, first in a series)

The Mortal Instruments Series by Cassandra Clare

             World House by Guy Adams

Historical:     The Luxe Series by Anna Godbersen (the books that made me fall in love with reading!)

Drood by Dan Simmons (this one will keep you busy for a while)

Thriller:     Frostbite by David Wellington (werewolves without the romance)

Uprising by Sean McCabe (The DaVinci Code meets Vampires!)

The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern (whimsical and cool)

Adventure:     Fire On Dark Water by Wendi Perriman (pirates!)

Fablehaven by Brandon Mull (first in a series)

Hope you find some in there to explore, Happy reading!!

Re: books

Poetry books these are the only two I have. I like both: Broken Bird by Sheila McMartin. The Train of The Forgiven by A. R. Evans. Enjoy!

Re: books

Hi Shygirl, I actually clicked on your profile to get some clues as to the books that you've read before. Well I'll reccommend a few if you don't mind:

The Chosen Book 1 by Sheehah Freitas.... It's a YA Fantasy

Kaia’s entire life has erupted in flames after an assassin appears and burns her village down. She’s rescued by a god from another planet who requests her help because she’s the descendant of their last savior. Together with Reeze — the only other survivor from her village and her appointed guardian — they set off on a quest to find the treasures of the gods in hopes of preventing a dire prophesy.

---

The Secret Year by Jennifer Hubbard ....  Contemporary YA

After his secret girlfriend's death, seventeen-year-old Colt finds the notebook she left behind, but he is unprepared for the truths he discovers about their intense relationship.

Re: books

I love James Patterson books. I really like the witch and wizard. There are three in the series. The lastest one just came out. Also maximum ride. I really like his style
